We aim to keep only the data needed for your assessment

We store assessment sessions, invitation status and result references. Reports show aggregate patterns, without revealing each person's answers.

Invitations expire after 72 hours and no longer accept new participants.
Site records, participation, reports and sharing summaries remain until you delete them or an administrator removes them.
Deletion removes this site's participation, access and sharing records. It does not delete original records in Assessment Core.
Assessment Core retains original sessions, answers and results for operational purposes. Removing site access prevents reading them through the deleted radar.

You can delete your participation, report and sharing summary from your report page.
The host can delete the entire radar from their dashboard.
Deleted reports and sharing summaries are no longer available through their links.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or to make a complaint. Self-service export is not currently available.
You can withdraw by deleting your participation. There is no separate sharing switch; deleting the associated data also removes the sharing summary.

A sharing page contains only a summary, without individual answers, detailed scores or Core credentials.
Sharing pages request exclusion from search indexing, but anyone with the link may view the summary.
Full reports require the participant's or host's access credentials.

This service is intended for adults.
Users under 18 should have a guardian's informed consent and supervision.
Guardians may contact us to request deletion or report inappropriate processing.

Answers support individual summaries, comparison reports and session state.
Invitation links allow people to participate in the same radar.
Results are not used for advertising targeting, credit, insurance, employment or education decisions.
Development and production use separate configurations and databases.
